This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding refunds for purchases made through our website. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities concerning refunds.

CS Gaming Hub offers various digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Premium content subscriptions
  • Digital strategy guides and e-books
  • Online coaching sessions
  • Tournament entry fees

  • Digital merchandise

Each type of product or service may have specific refund conditions as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Premium Content Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the premium content
  • For subsequent billing cycles, refunds are processed on a prorated basis if requested within the first 48 hours of the new billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for subscription cancellations after the specified timeframes; however, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period

For annual subscription plans:

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 10% of the premium content
  • Partial refunds may be issued on a prorated basis between 15-30 days after purchase
  • No refunds are provided after 30 days from the purchase date

Digital Strategy Guides and E-Books

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded or accessed the content
  • Once downloaded or accessed, digital guides and e-books are non-refundable due to their digital nature

Online Coaching Sessions

  • Full refunds are provided if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • 50% refund if canceled between 12-24 hours before the scheduled session
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 12 hours before the scheduled session
  • If a coach cancels or fails to attend a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

Tournament Entry Fees

  • Full refunds are available if withdrawn at least 72 hours before the tournament start date
  • 50% refund if withdrawn between 24-72 hours before the tournament start date
  • No refunds for withdrawals less than 24 hours before the tournament
  • Full refunds are provided if the tournament is canceled by CS Gaming Hub

CS2 Training Programs

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the program has been completed
  • Partial refunds may be issued on a prorated basis between 15-30 days after purchase
  • No refunds after 30 days from the purchase date or if more than 50% of the program has been completed

Digital Merchandise

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the digital item has not been downloaded or activated
  • Once downloaded, activated, or redeemed, digital merchandise is non-refundable

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your CS Gaming Hub account
  2. Navigate to "Purchase History" in your account dashboard
  3. Select the order for which you're requesting a refund
  4. Click on "Request Refund" and complete the refund request form
  5. Provide the reason for your refund request

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
  • PayPal refunds usually process within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
  • Store credit is applied to your account immediately upon approval

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

While we strive to accommodate reasonable refund requests, the following circumstances are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made outside the specified timeframes for each product or service category
  • Digital content that has been fully downloaded, accessed, or consumed
  • Claims of dissatisfaction with content quality after consuming a significant portion of the material
  • Services that have been fully delivered according to their description
  • Purchases made using promotional codes, discounts, or gift cards (except where required by law)
  • Account terminations due to violations of our Terms and Conditions

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In the following cases, please contact our support team directly for assistance:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content or services
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Unauthorized purchases (please also contact your payment provider immediately)
  • Service outages or unavailability that prevented access to purchased content
